Submission Procedure for Area IV Newsletter
- Information for inclusion in the Area IV Newsletter must be submitted to submitnews@usea4.org.
- The articles must be in news-ready format and attached to the email message in pdf format. Items submitted as text within the email message will not be accepted.
- Showbills/Entry Forms submitted without news-ready formatted text will not be included in the newsletter.
There are several websites available to help you convert your file into pdf format. http://zamzar.com/ offers free on-line file conversion and is simple to use.
- Submission Deadlines are the 15th and the 1st of every month.
- Articles will run once unless re-submitted. Articles will be included on the News page of the Area IV website for additional viewing.
- Newsletters will be published 1-2x per month dependent upon the volume of news received.
Submission Procedure for Area IV Website
- Information for inclusion on the Area IV Website must be submitted to submitnews@usea4.org. The articles must be in news-ready format.
- The website is updated as needed. Time sensitive material (cancellations, date changes) will be published as quickly as possible.
- Please remember that the webmaster (and newsletter editor) is a volunteer and has other responsibilities which sometimes must come before website updates.
Submission Procedure for Clinics
- Clinic information may be emailed to submitnews@usea4.org and will included on the CLINICS page of the Area IV website and calendar.
Please include:
- Date
- Location
- Clinician Name
- Contact Name & Information ( email &/or phone)
- Clinic Form (pdf format or a link to the form)
- You may also include a website link to the hosting farm
If you would like the clinic included in the Area IV Newsletter you must also write up a news-ready press release and submit it in pdf format.
