Young Rider members wishing to represent Area IV at the 2019 North American Youth Championships in Kalispell, MT must submit an Declaration of Intent no later than 12:00pm Eastern Daylight Time on Friday, March 1st, 2019. Please be aware that all horse and rider registrations and passports must be completed by this time as well. The 2019 Selection Procedures are not yet published by USEF.
